Nonprofit EV Initiative - New!

Join us as we build out the infrastructure for electric vehicles at nonprofits in Massachusetts. We are offering Emporia Level 2 car chargers. They can be plugged into a 14-50P NEMA outlet or hardwired directly to a dedicated dual-pole breaker. Staff, volunteers, and clients may connect and charge at your location. More ways to be energy efficient

We encourage recipients of these units to also consider community based solar, and to schedule an energy audit, as part of a complete building electrification process.

Nonprofits Can Reduce Fuel Costs On Every Vehicle

How much fuel does your organization consume transporting clients, staff, and materials? By purchasing an EV, or even hybrid plug-in vehicle your organization could drastically reduce, or even eliminate consumable energy costs for each vehicle.

Electric vehicles are excellent choices to replace your organization’s vans, cars, trucks, and other vehicles. You’ll be saving money and reducing greenhouse gas emissions every day of operation. An array of state and federal electric vehicle incentives are available for purchase of electric vehicles.
